Request a Teacher Evaluation
Parents, please copy and share this link – Teacher Evaluation Form – with both your child’s current math and language arts teachers. If your child only has one teacher, they can complete both sections. Additionally, let the teachers know what grade your student will be applying for at AHB.
This form must be submitted directly from a current, non-family-member teacher. We must have this form before scheduling a day visit in the classroom.
