This cozy spot is ready for our students and their families. A big thank you to AHB’s new parent-volunteer librarian, Rachael, for her amazing work in getting everything ready for us! In our library you will find a nice collection of picture books, non-fiction books and reference materials. (The majority of AHB’s fiction books are still housed in the individual classroom collections.)
Library hours are 8:15 am – 3:15 pm, Monday through Thursday. For before or after school visits, students must be accompanied by their parents. Families headed to the library are welcome to enter the building before 8:45. The new space is beyond the Community Hall, just past the stairs that lead to the middle school wing.
During school hours (9 am – 2:30 pm) priority will be given to any rotating class visits. However, when not in use, we encourage parents to enjoy the library as well. Head there to visit with friends, hold a committee meeting, or just spend a little time relaxing or working there if you are between appointments.
